Globally, the drilling industry is growing at pace; consequently, the common yet challenging issues facing drillers are increasingly encountered.  Drift Services was formed in direct response to this situation.  It provides an independent, expert approach to solving the numerous, complex problems the drilling industry has to face and delivers expert drilling projects for our commercial and domestic water well and geothermal clients.

Issues encountered include unstable ground conditions, navigating mine workings, coal measures, artesian water strikes and running sands – to name but a few. 

At Drift Services, our lead consultants have over 60 years’ combined drilling experience on both the client and contractor side.  They provide comprehensive, time- and environmentally-sensitive solutions to clients, stakeholders and drillers alike.

As a group, we deliver everything you need, whether that’s simple telephone support at distance, the deployment of assets or full onsite consultancy.  We guarantee we can solve drilling issues as you encounter them.  Equally, we’re best placed to consult at every phase of your project from design to delivery, to ensure risks are mitigated and problems prevented.

We are headquartered in the UK and maintain global reach with consultants and partners in Europe and the US.  Our core team has worked extensively across Britain, Africa, Asia, the UAE and the US.
